I know this has been asked many times but I can't find it when I do a search.

What is the thread of the hole above cylinder 3 where the blanking plug is. I want to put my oil pressure sender there you see!

Thanks in advance.

Pete

Cheers mate. However, i've just been told that the plug doesn't go into a main gallery and so is not suitable for a pressure sender. DOH!

Pete,

The blanking plug on top of #3 is for Oil Temp senders. The pressure sender location is under the Alternator (on MY99/00 at least).

Have a nosey around my website. I've detailed the install of my SPA dual Oil Temp/Pressure gauge (although haven't actually fitted the pressure sender yet).

Just to confirm on a MY99/00 Impreza, the plug on top of #3 is M18x1.5
