I Have Had my MY95 WRX import for 2 weeks now and had no problems so far with just running it on optimax will i see a climb in bhp if i use octane booster? - plus it isnt too bad on mpg at the momment but still pretty quick like!

what should i do please?

 

I've run my MY94 STI on Optimax only for the last 18 months. It is boosting at 1.05 bar and I have never seen a problem on the Knock Link yet. Whether booster will give more performance is a question I can't answer, but I may try some one of these days to see.

I've had my WRX'96 on the road for 3 weeks since importing it.
Millers + optimax/SUL everytime for me.
If there's a fuel issue, the hot weather will make it worse.
Dont rag it after sitting in very slow/stationary traffic, get some air in for a while, before putting the foot down.
