Cool

Those of you that read my "Clunking noise!!" thread in Drivetrain will know that......well I had a clunking noise coming from my MY99 STI Type-R. This noise appeared after I picked my car up from its MOT testing centre. When I took it to the brilliant Alan Jeffery in Plymouth they found that the MOT place (no names!!) had jacked up the rear in a place that it shouldn't have been jacked up in. Basically they had bent a plate underneath that allowed some metal to metal contact causing the banging.
All is now sorted. Good call from Eprom, as he mentioned something similar in my thread.
I am very angry about this but cannot prove anything.

Fecking Muppets!!!

Leviathan,

I could understand if it was a spotty little erk that did the MOT. The guys that worked there were all in their 40's/50's.. They should know better.

Craig.
