DIY low cost Intercooler spray
Hi Guys,
I can't beleive i didn't think about this when i was reading all the water spray threads.
Used vaccum hose left over from a boost gauge,
T-piece left over from boost gauage,
2 x caps from spray paint.
Total cost £0.00
It took me about 50mins, 30 spent looking for 2 cans of spray paint with nice squirters.
Thank you , Thank you , Thank you. I love it when a plan comes together.

What pump and resevoir did you use?.
I made an intercooler spray for one of my cossies a few years ago. I used a washer bottle from a Ford in a scrapyard, it had a built in washer pump. I used a water injection fogger nozzle which I had left over from a previous water injection system I bought, it worked quite nicely.

If it works great... I'd have thought the aerosol nozzles would have struggled to flow the volume produced by the headlight washer pump, but have never tried it. Looks like a good idea though and the spray should be pretty fine.
