Anyone had PPP ecu problems?

I recently made a post on my decat pipe on my Sti7 PPP running incorrectly.
Funny thing is, sometimes the car runs fine, you stop turn it off. Turn it back on and it runs like a different car, sluggish ,tempremental, popping and missing etc.
Ive been have consisitent problems with the alarm recently too, which the dealer has reprogrammed twice now. As they reprogrammed my 2 key fobs for the PPP ecu im wondering if i got a faulty PPP ECU?
Has this ever been heard of?
