I have got my STi3 engine now for my WRX (complete unit) and someone was going to send me a copy of the wiring diagram for the idle position switch. If anyone has a copy could you please send it to jon@meanstreetcruise.com asap. thanks


Also, does anyone else know of any major conflicts im gonna encounter???

Unless you plan on fitting a 97 bonnet, I would not use the STi throttle body and intercooler, as it will not mate with the scoop on your car and so will actually be less efficient.

Use you old inlet manifold, throttle body and IC on the STi block.

I am changing the bonnet e.t.c for facelift stuff. for now i am going to modify the air ducting on the scoob. unfortuantly i do not have my old stuff as this was all sold after i purchased a previous engine, which had to be returned...

Jon,

You will need the connector for the new TPS, or solder some wires direct and use a terminal block just to get by

I don't have the info written where I expected it, so will have to wait till tonight.
