Im carrying out a service on my Sti version 4 .
What is the best type of semi synthetic oil to use ?
Im also looking for spark plugs ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Castrol Magnatex(sp) is the only semi-synth oil I have seen used in Group N rally cars..

But as per POC - why not fully synth?
