Yeah....Spawn a takn and get in it. Once in it press R3 (The right joystick) to start the tank mission. Just follow and run into things for cash. all hell breaks lose but don't worry.

Once you have enough cash then do the wanted level cheat and save the game.

I have about $30,000,000 now.
