They quoted me the same.
Used them for the puma,a couple of years back, and thet did a very good job,its the same guys there,so the quality should be the same.

What colour did ya get.i got black, which is a fekin mare to keep clean, but think it should look quite smart with the tints.
2.0L N/A.What a screamer of an engine,reminds me a lot of my old R6.
Different than the scoob, but a rite good larf.

Thinking of getting the car tinted and autoshades gave me the best price, anyone used these before or can recommend anyone in the Surrey/Hants area! (mods can you leave this here for now cause I want to get this done this week) Cheers Taffyboyo.

Taffy.
Im in Sutton as well.I understand you are the proud owner of a CTR now.As Ive just made the change as well, the windows will be tinted on mine very soon.
I have used Autoshades b4 on my Puma, and I can honestly say, they did a great job.
Out of interest how much did they quote you???

Davy, £180 all in, never had it done before,I was just wondering what sort of service and the quality of the work they do!
Are you still grinning from the ctr (I know I am)

Red, the black looks better but the red is nearly as nice and easier to keep clean, I'll get the tints done this week and let you know what the outcome is!

Hi taffyboyo

Had my windows done at autoshades in Sutton and I live in N London
they were a £100 cheaoer than any other quote I got.

Incidentally that was on my Ctr before I changed it for an STI7

Same quote you got and that was a year ago nice to see inflation is not rife in Sutton!!

Cheers Dave

Sticky, did they do a good job? and is there anything I should look out for when picking the car up again (to check they have done a decent job) does the tint go to the edge of the windows and do the windows have to get taken out? etc etc,
Cheers Taffyboyo.

Taffyboyo

Sorry for the late reply
Yes they did a very good job the tints were great no bubbles scratches etc.
yes the film goes right to the edge.
It took them a few hours to do the job so went for a meal and the wife dragged me round the shopping mall!!

All in all very pleased with the result and the price

they are a good bunch, their new shop is much better than the old one which was accross the road by the Gym.

had 2 cars done there, spot on both times

Ignor the 2 very thick black tyre marks up the road from them, that was ME
