Question

Had groove discs fitted to front of MY02 WRX last weekend from Scooby Sport
During the week while I was still bedding them in I heard what sounded like a snapping sound as I turned the wheel.
Breaks still work ok!
Noticed today that while driving along with the window down there was a loud noise coming from the front nearside wheel.
Best way to describe it is a metal tray with nuts and bolts on it knocking around!
Not being mechanically minded I haven't got a clue what the problem maybe.
Is it safe to drive and get checked out at a garage tomorrow.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Something similar happened to me a few years back following some work on brakes, the wheel nuts had come loose and the sounds were just as you describe. Easy enough to check, but if it's not that you need a mechanic to check. Best not take risks with something like this.

Maybe there is a stone or something wedged in next the back plate.

Thanks for the replies.
Nuts seem tight enough.
Might get subaru assistance to have a quick look.
Cheers
