I am using the standard tyres and rims. So what is the ideal tyre pressures for front and back in both measurements if you could? (ie bar and psi) Pressures for ride, speed and durability.

Hi Mate,

You're Tyre pressures should be on the inside of the passenger door (by the locking mechanism).

If there not then the dealer/subaru have'nt put the sticker on!

Yes they are, but I find that they are a tad too hard a ride.

WRX BLUES,
I"ve got a STI7, which should be basically the same as STI8?, and was advised to run 32 psi all round by several people in the "KNOW", give it a try?
all the best

I use 29psi in the back and 33psi in the front of mine, works for me, however...I work on a guys road car who drives a WRC Subaru and he runs 28 in the rear and 26 front on his road car which is an STI7

I'd say try a few different pressures and see what works for your driving style best

I think you're right. Looks like there's no right or wrong answer here, but a case of trial and error. At least I have some idea of what everyone else is doing.

Cheers everyone!
