Just got my car back from having the cambelt done and every oil seal on the bloody engine..... so i'm a little light of cash at the moment . On the way home after picking the car up i noticed a nice smell and the windows misted up. Heater matrix i thought.... i had this changed nearly 3 years ago and then it cost £400 all in so god knows wat it will cost now.

So it looks like i can get one from a scrapper for about £50 but i need some tips on how to get at it. Anybody have any instructions on how to take out a pre97 dash? Any info would be most appreciated.

P.s for the tiem being im going to just connect the two cooling pipes and by pass the matrix.
