Where is the best place to buy a rear cat replacement pipe and will there be any noticeable difference to the exhaust note and/or performance of an sti8.Does it affect any sensors or anything?

Also please tell me how u guys manage to get any warranty work done any your modified (less than 3 yo)cars.
