I bought an STI7 about a month ago, I just called the Subaru dealer where I bought it to see which engine oil they use so I can get some incase I need to top it up.

They use Shell Helix Semi Synthetic 10W 40

Any comments on this oil? Do all the Subaru dealers use the same, is it worth changing?
