Does the standard up-pipe on classic shape fit the bugeye??

Allegedly the later classic ones do, they are the same or v. similar to the STi7 pipe. Note I haven't proved this. The earlier classic scoobies with the 90º entry TD05 turbo would have a somewhat different up-pipe.

The "older" uppipe doesn't have the possibility to fit the exhaust gas temperature sensor which mounted is in the MY01 and MY02 WRX uppipe.

The early 90deg entry turbo cars have the same up pipe as every other classic scooby.... why wouldn't they?????

The replacement up pipes were introduced to replace the cat on bugeye cars but some owners fitted these to classic cars too. Basically the up pipe is the same for every scoob. They all come with the sensor attachment which is blanked off for the classics. IMHO of course.
