In answer to Fast Blokes question we did just this to a mate who had given up drinking, well almost given up, we spiked his OJ with Vodka, spoke to the barman and said every time we order a pint of OJ put two vodkas in it.

he ended up doing about 8 or so vodkas before he realised he was pi$$ed.

We hid his car keys first though!

This guy must have had whoever did this in court to testify on his behalf - what a stupid thing to do to him - real 'mates' would not have let him drive!!!!!
This is not a jolly weeze - just plain stupid and dangerous

Guy gets stopped and takes a breath test, found to be three times over the legal limit. Goes to court and manages to convince the magistrates that his drinks were spiked.

Gets off, no ban nothing.

Turns out the guy is a DS or DC, didnt say in the news item yesterday.

What a f**king disgrace.

 

Just thank god the **** didn't run anybody over !

But you would still be aware that you had had alcohol based on that figure. You're telling me that he didn't feel at all the effects of that ammount of alcohol? I would doubt it. If he didn't then fair enough. If he did then he should have questioned his ability to drive know that he hadn't been drinking, as well as looking to find out who had been spiking his drink!

 

Dont think you've got enough info to say that RB5-Black. He may have drunk the alcohol and been asked to blow 5 minutes afterwards which would give an artificially high reading.

We just don't know the facts so I think any further speculation is a waste of time.
