I'm now in the situation where I use my laptop (IBM T21) at home and at work with the built-in ethernet card, but each place needs a different network configuration for the card so I'm looking for some freeware software which runs under win2k and will allow me to store network profiles which I can switch between without rebooting the machine. I've tried SwitchIP which doesn't manage proxy settings and requires a reboot, and I've just downloaded MultiNetwork Manager which changes the settings on boot-up which might be a workable solution but not ideal. Both of these are evaluation copies. Ironically, the IBM Access Connections software doesn't seem to work with my machine, so I'm looking for alternatives to save me reinstalling win2k at the moment and try and get IBM Access Connections to work again?
