I bought it about 18 months ago (second hand ), it's in pretty good nick, new 10 gig drive - dead battery though

- new battery about 80-90 quid.

W98 on recovery disc, licence, manuals etc.

To buy something similar, that has a working battery I reckon you are looking at 300-400 quid. That's from a shop though.

Private, you are probs looking at 2-300 working, minus battery cost would be 1-200 quid.

All IMHO of course

I had a look round a while back as I sold my PII-400 Laptop similar spec, 256Mb ram, 6GB disk, 800x600 12.1 in screen for 350 with 60 quid case, charger and software. That was last year though.
