I have an RB5 with the Full PPP including the ecu, If I want to get an ECUTEK Mapping do I need to get a non PPP ecu or can the one I have be used?

I'd have thought that the PPP ECU is as good as any out there (Only Kidding ) If I were you, i'd probably sell the PPP ECU (x amount of £ + thier standard ECU) then use the money to go towards the cost of the remap.
Just an Idea as I don't know how much of a premium a PPP ECU commands.
Also you may want to consider keeping the PPP ECU for when it comes to selling, Adds a tidy penny to an RB5

I'd personally keep the ECU, pick up a 2nd-hand AE802 and map that instead. If you want to offset some costs, then consider selling the PPP ECU.

Buyers are always asking if it's a WR RB5 as they feel it's an ENORMOUSE, GRAND-CANYON-ESK difference, so will pay over the odds for a car. It's all about perception, so it makes sense to keep hold of it.
