Decent ADSL router that has native VPN functionality?

Does anyone know of a (fairly cheap) one that does it? Need to set up a permanent VPN between two ADSL sites - once machine is Win 2k server, but the other doesn't have any VPN awareness as it were.

Draytek 2600 ADSL router has some decent built-in VPN support all for under £150.
