From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

Well that was what I was wondering. I'll study the inputs/outputs and work out what to do then..... anything special to consider?

The fuel tank vent is the only one to consider.. put it somewhere that doesnt vent back into the car... suppose it could vent to the air filter??

As long as you never have a backfire !!!!

Edited to be more constructive - I have pulled the purge can pipe out, plugged the fitting at the tank end and drilled a 1/16" hole through the filler cap to avoid pressure/vacuum.

Also plugged the pipe at the inlet manifold.

I've not had any problems, that's how it used to be done 'in the olden days' before all the emission regs

I have no hole in my filler cap.. must be the reason for excess pressure when i undo the cap
