G'day all, went to London this weekend to see the wife's cousin, and had a good time. I filled the car with Optimax on Friday, right to the top. Today after doing about 260 miles, I thought I'd fill her up again ( sadly not on Optimax ) but I could only get 41.44 litres on the tank! Admittedly, with wife and daughter in car I don't boot it although on M-ways I did need to exceed speed limit to overtake. We did a little town driving aswell as motorway cruising, I equate this to a little over 28 mpg, not bad for the old scoob (96 P Turbo wagon).

Best news of all, only saw 3 scoobs all weekend, but plenty of boring and common Boxsters!.

When I say good news, I mean they still are rare in some parts of UK!

Got 280 miles out of the tank last weekend on a trip to the New Forest in MY02 WRX. Partly due to the 40mph speed limit in the forest I think!
Would much rather get my usual 200 miles to a tank and know that i've had a great time:-)
