Is it just me or are less people using their indicators? I can drive to work (30 mins) and never once see any other car using them. But it's not just Joe Public either. Followed a police car for about 20 mins today, normal plod, not traffic. They went around six roundabouts without indicating a single time. Surely plod should be setting the example for the rest of us.
Another example - How often do you have to stop at a roundabout because traffic from the right is not indicating, only for it to turn off at your junction meaning you needn't have stopped.

That's not to mention taxi drivers. Aaaargh.

Oxford is bad, when they indicate half the time they do the opposite. Had some close shaves. Grrrr. I have noticed it is getting worse :-(

Ahh someone else with the same pet hate of not using the indicators!
And yes I generally see a one police car a day doing exactly as you describe, not indicating at roundabouts or junctions etc. I think that they should be the ones setting / trying to raise the pretty standard of driving we have to put with every day.

Your not the only one who finds it annoying mate!

Went for a drive this evening and had to stop needlessly at about 7 round abouts bacause people just do bother to use them!!!

and Taxi drivers?!?!?!?! Don't get me started on those... those little.... ARGH! you know EXACTALLY what i am thinking!

The only other thing that pisses me off is those people who speed/unspeed! You know the ones, you follow them down a nice country road, 60 limit, and the plod along at 40mph, then you reach a 30mph zone! and what do they do???? The carry on at 40mph! I mean jesus f*cking h christ! Think much! this sort of thing is sooooooooo frustrating!!!! learn to drive god damn it!

I think I'm one of the few people in the country who still makes a point of indicating coming off roundabouts every time after having a licence for 7 years. Most people seem to manage fine under L plates but suddenly forget after passing the test.

Usual excuse is i cant be bothered, well if that's the case you might as well drive over the top of the roundabout cos it takes more effort to steer!
