A Little Help and Advice on Boost Controlers/ECU's !
Hello, as the post says i am looking for some advice on electronic boost control and fueling ect from a mappable ECU or add on system.
I know its not a Scooby but I have a Peugeot 205 1.9 Turbo Technics conversion which I have just finished rebulding top to bottom with the intension of running more power from it.
The car runs the original Bosch Multi Point fuel injection system with the AFM and also has a 5th injector with comes into play when your "On Boost"
What I am wanting is to turn up the boost to around 12 PSI for the moment, i am looking for an ECU or Boost controler to work with what I already have to to replace it all. I am wanting safe boost control which is also going to alter the fueling to match the amount of boost being used. Also being able to control some sort of aqua mist system would be a bonus as well for later on.
Ones I know of are the Apexi Boxes, DTA ECU and the Emerald ECU.
Does anyone use any of these and can comment on them and what they think of the kit or can anyone recomend anything else to me ??
Web sites would be good
Cheers
Matt
