Question

Anybody know anywhere I can get a genuine sti uprated fuel pump from?

Been looking round the net.. and from the slightly dodgy translation of japanese pages.. here and also australian pages, the standard pump would appear to be a bit, well, borderline?

one japanese page showed their test data indicating it was suitable for 270-300bhp, and also there and elsewhere that it was not to good at maintaining pressure.

So I know I could get a walbro pump which would be cheaper.. but might over power the fpr?
So was thinking maybe I should go with the genuine sti upgrade, whch has a flow rate inbetween the 2.
Also, is a remap necessary or is it ok providing the regulator s operating within its limts?

Thanks
