HKS SSQV owners in South Manchester Area

I'm sure my HKS SSQV is not working properly is there anybody in the South Manchester are or maybe a friendly HKS dealer I can get to listen to/try/swap or test (pints will be involved 
). I'm sure I can only here the chatter of impeller blades on the rebound boost. No noise seems to come from the BOV area at all.....
