Hi,

My scoob is approx 15 months into a 36 month business contract hire with IM Finance. Because we're expecting another kiddie I need to swap the scoob for something bigger like an MPV.

I was thinking of approaching IM and asking to reschedule the contract hire over 24 months (or even better, about 20). Any ideas on whether they'd go for this and the best way to put it? If not, any alternatives?

Also, I've got a few removable mods - is it typical for the finance co to give you first refusal on buying the car at the end of the contract? I was thinking I might be able to sell the car with the mods intact if I can buy it at the right price...

Any advice gratefully received...
