Hi All,

I have been offered a prodrive exhaust for my soon to be aquired STI8, is it worth getting or would I be better off with an aftermarket item?

Cheers

Jim

If you want to keep your warranty it's a good choice

Looks nicer than a standard zaust and sounds a little fruitier.

You'll keep your warranty anyway. The Prodrive exhaust is just a Scorpion that a lot of dealers fit as after market. I'm having a TSL Firestorm on mine and thats made by Scorpion.

My dealer says no problems at all with one and the warranty

Your dealer may say that Steve, but another may not.

There has been a warranty claim for a new STi7 engine rejected because of an aftermarket backbox, center section and panel filter being fitted to the car.

The choice is yours.
