Suppliers not replying to e-mail

Why do suppliers not reply to e-mail?
They spend a load of money on developing a posh website, yet when you e-mail them they can's be effing bothered to reply. Scoobysport and now TSL seem to be in this category. Why oh why?

I don't have any enquiries that haven't been replied to.
The only thing I can suggest is that you check your reply mail address. I get 2 or 3 mails a day that bounce when I send the reply because the reply address given is incorrect.
If this isn't the problem, give us a call.
