Mine's blinking. I suspect it's a loose connection.
This is because it will go back to normal sometimes but it has been blinking for a few months and the tuners wasn't able to rectify the problem.

Anyone encountered this problem?

Flashing light on the centre diff is an electrical problem more often than not, and requires dropping the 'box to investigate.

You will see an access panel towards the rear of the diff with a wire going through the top of the panel.

what tends to happen is, if the diff oil hasn't been changed regularly, the wire perishes inside the box. when i checked mine the loom was missing, so it wasn't plugged in!

sounds like a major job but probably shouldn't take more than a couple of hours, and also a good chance to check your clutch and flywheel while the box is out.

hope this helps, mail me if i can be of any more assistance.

cheers,
simon
