Thought it was easy to post a message here so Barry and Lyn could read it! Just to let you know the status so far to allow you to make decisions

South Coast Tints who I originally contacted has become an interesting situation re: a few converstations I've had with Tim and Nathan L, I can e-mail you further details if you're interested, but I'd rather not post them on a public BBS! Still, if you were interested in them it's £223.25 less whatever discount we can wrangle out of them

Secur-fix which was very highly recommended by everyone I've spoken to came in at £225 which is a special price for us

For three of us (Barry& Lyn, Rach & Mark and me & Chris) that would be all day, but I can organise day's for anyone else who's interested while I'm on the phone if necessary They have two guys working on the cars.

The only problem with Secur-fix is they don't do weekends, so we'd need to sort out a mid-week date. Not sure if this would be a problem or not? (it's fine for me to take a day off work! ) They need about a weeks notice to fit us in as they're busy guys. However, they did say if we came up individually they could still give us the same price "as we're from the Subaru Club ".

Also, just for info, I mentioned this to Tesco's today and as it's considered a security measure there's no addition to the premium (no reduction either, but that's still pretty )

Jen, will need a couple of weeks notice to take the day off but other than that all ok. I'm quite happy to go to Basingstoke if everyone else is. Loads of shops up there.....and a good scoob dealer not too far away !!!

South Coast tints did mine (STi7) for £170, whilst you wait service (2hrs approx)

not sure why they quoted you £200+,
