I am thinking of fitting the Magnex 3.5 inch backbox and want to get an idea of how loud it is. I have been running the standard OEM backbox since I got the car and although it is very refined it doesn't sound fit at all.

Anyone out there give us a pointer?

I have that backbox on my 94 wagon and I don't find it too loud. In fact I open the windows and turn off the stereo for full effect as I can hardly hear it otherwise.
Having said that my hearing may have been de-sensitised by the wife's constant chatter.
