Got soem nice shiny Samco turbo hoses for xmas, and it looks like one sits underneath the intercooler.

Is it as easy as it looks like (a couple of bolts) to undo, a bit of disconnecting and lift off the intercooler?

yes, not as easy to get back on though, ive done it twice, first time i unbolted the pipes from underneath the intercooler, nightmare to get back on, second time undone hose clips on the intercooler hoses and done it that way, not so difficult to get back on

I think it depends on the year (different intercooler / pipes)
I have a early model and it is alot easier to get on and off with the Samco's on as they can flex and the original plastic ones don't.

It's just fiddley. Don't get angry with it and rip it off as you will break something. :-)

Hoses look nice on though

Best do it with the engine warm as it makes the hoses softer and it is much easier to get on and off.

PS And yes it is easy - should take five minutes or less!
