Unhappy

Guys

My car is idling very badly and had the Check engine light came on a couple of times. Went to the dealer today and they think it is the MAF and it going to cost about £230, plus fitting I should imagine! I remember a thread on here where people were buying them for about £70 from the States. Did anyone buy one and fit it themselves? I have an MY98 which is poorly

Any help would be great

Don't think MY98 MAF is the same as the MY99/00 one in that thread.
