We have 6 T18s for our business and i have had no problems with them at all.
Small and very robust, my brother hasnt managed to break one yet and he used to break Nokias for fun.
Also the voice dial is good as you dont have to search or remember numbers, just say who you want to phone.
Has all the usual features and is now coming down in price (even seen them given away with new contracts.)

Not bad but I find mine switches itself off in my pocket or if I put it down at the wrong angle (no matter how gently). I thought it might have been a dodgy phone but the replacement does the same.
Good points are the voice dial/answer functions, esp when driving, and the mini size. T28 probably better if you're willing to shell out a bit more cash.

I've got the T28 its a great little phone and its come really down in price now, I paid £250 and I think I saw it for £80 the other day so go for the T28 over the T18 you won't regret it I promise.
