When did the Water Spray come out on the STi Scoobys? I have a STi V5 late 98 but it has no water spray. What model are they on?

 

AFAIK only the Type R and RA's have waterspray, the water tankgoes where the ABS bits would go, as the R's and RA's have diff control they don't have ABS so the space was filled with the tank.
