Where can I buy an actuator (without the turbo!)

My mate has bought a Legacy Turbo (K-reg) 140K.
The boost has decided to go for a wonder. The actuator doesn't move at all and is rusty. (seized or worn)
Any ideas where I can get one without buying the turbo too?
