Yes, but it's much easier in XP.

Have a look on the Microsoft site, they have loads of articles on how to do it.

 

install ICS on your win98se. if you are on broadband, it would be much easier if you get a broadband router.

 

Dont be told by ppl that its not easy to set up win98se with ics, it is in fact a piece of p1ss, I have two pcs both running win98se and sharing the same broadband connection, all you do is setup a working lan then install ics on the 'host' pc and bingo! perfect sharing.
