Question

A quick question - bought my car a couple of months ago (my00) so it's still covered by the Subaru recovery deal. The dealer completed the change of ownership form at the time and was to have sent it away.

I've not heard anything about it since. Should I receive anything to let me know that they know who I am?

cheers,

Steve

Done the same thing albeit by letter. One to the Recovery section and one to Subaru UK. No reply as yet - 3 weeks or so.

I rang them up to get registered on Subaru Assistance and it was only a couple of days later that I got all the details through in the post which included a wallet sized card with all the relevent details on.

I was impressed with the speed and service ... I just hope I never need to user them.

Blues.

Steve,

Just give Subaru Assistance a ring and they should sort it out OK.

Number is 0800 777127.

Cheers

The dealer sorted mine out for me. The card just turned up a month or so later with my name on it.

Called the number, spoke to an incredibly nice lady who verified that I was actually registered, all sorted. Thanks.

She gave me another number to reach the folks who send out the packs - 0208 666 9250. Now to find out what the hell the postie is doing with my mail...
