Cables thru the front bulkhead - best place?

Probabaly a silly question but where is the best place to feed electrical cable through the front bulkhead (my99 STi import)with a view to fitting a switch into the dash. I'm finally getting round to putting a fog lamp on !

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
I used the grommet down the back on the right near the chassis leg... under the fuel pipes sort of... below the wiper motor even...
