Will an MY99 pass emissions with decat downpipe ?

I've had my car for just over a month now and after reading a lot of the posts on here I'm thinking of doing my first mods:
ITG panel filter
ScoobySport downpipe
I think the exhaust on my car is currently still completely standard. Will it still pass the emissions test on the MOT if I fit the ScoobySport downpipe ? I think the MY99 has 2 cats as standard. One in the downpipe and one in the center section. Is this correct ? Anyone else done these mods and either failed/passed the MOT ?
And before anyone says anything, I have read the ScoobySport and Hayward and Scott threads so I probably won't be getting the downpipe from ScoobySport...
How do I check that my current downpipe is the standard one that came with the car ? Will it have "Subaru" stamped on it, or some other equally obvious give away ?
