Just want to know what should i expected to get if i spend around 15k?

I`ve been offered an S or T reg Terzo for 13k.... how does that sound?

Also, INSURANCE.... are they really that bad to insure... yes i`m young, 22, i have 4yrs NCD, no convs or claims!!!
