Hi there....just wondering what the oil capacity is of the STi7 UK.
Going to get some for the service, so wanted to know how many litres i need.

I thought that too!

However when the garage changed my oil at 5k miles for the Motul 15/50 300v they only managed to squeeze in just over 4.5 litres.

I know this because I supplied them with the oil in a 4l and 1l container. Maybe they didn't drain out all the old oil properly?

Anyway, just be careful with the last 1/2 litre, remember the oil takes ages to settle in these engines and you should be fine!

So why does the STi take more oil than the standard car?
It has the same cubic capacity etc, its basically built on the same engine so why does it need an extra .5 of a litre?
I'd think it will run 4.5ltrs as per the normal cars, even the older STi's ran the same ammount of oil as the UK cars so i dont think they would change now
