Hello

I have a whistle noise coming from my turbo when on boost and then when I put the clutch down to change gear I get a noise like a bird cheap only once(sorry, no better description).
It only does it on boost and the boost gauge doesn't seem to go as high as it used to. It used to get to 0.9bar now only about 0.8bar.

Any ideas?

Regards
Steve

Question

Do you have any modifications?
Have you taken off your intercooler and pipes of late?
do you have an after market Dump Valve fitted?

The only mod is a WR Sport back box.
I haven't touched any of the intercooler hoses/fittings.
Standard recirc valve fitted.

Thanks

Question

Im not an expert on this but you may have a leak in one of your pipes by the sound of it, loss of power, whistling noise etc... probably best if you have another scoob (one of your mates with one?) there to compare?

Okay, just been out and re-asessed the noise.

There is a constant whistle while on boost, then when the clutch is pressed there is a squeek/whitsle noise.

How can I find out what part is/maybe leaking air?

Regards
Steve
