I was under the car yesterday stopping the rattle from the front cowling/heatshield, and I started her up to check out the noise levels and noticed that there seemed to be some blowing sounds from somewhere above the CAT, not sure exactly where though. Is there just the dP above the CAT? Or is there other exhaust pipework up there before the exhaust manifold which could be blowing??

Its most likely a cracked up pipe.

 

Oh ****. Has anyone else had this problem? I guess it'll get checked out for sure during fitting of DP.
