Thanks, i have read 1.0 - 1.1 mil but that was for a 1997 english turbo, so you recon 0.7 on NGK's should be right ?

Well I have a uk 97 I am using ngk 7 plug a bit cooler than the 6's and I treble checked with a few in the know, and it works for me fine.

Before I had various places scoob dealers and tuning houses just puting them in just like that! it still worked fine.

I feel the set up I have now is better.

Can anyone else give an opinion please????

Moe

0.7 mm works sweetly on my MY00 on NGK PFR7B plugs.
