Will new age Dump Valve fit MY99?

Does anyone know if a Forge dumpvalve designed for a new age Impreza wil fit a 1999 model Impreza.
The pic of the dump valve looks as if it is a flange mounting type, and my existing dump valve is also flange mounting. So as long as the bolt holes and orifice match up it should be OK.
Is this the case?
