Idle Juddering??

Posted this on SIDC but not many responses.
I have a MY00 Turbo (X reg) with 20,000 on the clock. I have had it bout a month now and notice that when sitting at lights or in traffic jams the engine seems to produce a kind of 'judder'. It feels like it backing up gas (?), theres no needle movement on rev counter. Is this normal???
