Which Downpipe???

Right, I think i've got the gearbox removal thing sorted, but i thought i'd change my standard downpipe to a catless one while i'm on with the job. Soooo what do you guys reckon is the best value downpipe??? Money is crucial here!! HKS looks good value but is it stainless or mild steel and will it fit too standard system or just the HKS ones??

Also what is the best course of action if the nuts are siezed or start stripping the threads??
