It appears that Magnex do now not want to sell me a centre section alone, along with Racelogic not wanting to flog me a Cone Filter.

I know certain people, i.e. Mark Aigin (spelling?)and David Hodgkinson have just changed their centre sections only to Magnex with great success. Does your centre section have a small silencer and cost around 115 quid??


Can anyone please confirm where/if i can purchase this part alone as Elite, for example, will only sell me it with the back box and they dont know if it has a small silencer or is just a PURE straight thru pipe ala ScoobySport.

Falkland Performance Centre sell this part separately, for £88+VAT (discounted rate from £98+VAT which is the RRP) for SIDC members.

They describe it as "Magnex S/Steel middle De-Cat Silencer"

I have ordered it from them. Very polite and efficient service!.

They said they had 2 types, one with the mini-silencer (88+vat)and a straight thru pipe with no silencer for about 49+VAT. They
insisted that the one with the silencer has no restrictive effect - so i'm hoping thats the one that Mark Aigin etc have on their cars?
